I have been using Tracos for all of my building projects since 2008. Eugen and his crew first did a small job of putting in a new shower room and utility in our old flat. We were so happy with the quality of work, we recommended them to anyone looking for a good builder. He has ended up doing so many different jobs for my friends and family and all have been extremely happy, and they often come back whenever they needed something else doing. We moved in to our current house in Sydenham back in 2009 and began renovating it in 2011. Over the past seven years, on and off, Eugen and the Tracos boys have pretty much rebuilt our entire house and have given us our perfect home. Totally new electrics and plumbing throughout. Huge extension on the back and side of the property. Even the front and back gardens including an outside kitchen. Their work is always exemplary and to the highest standard, and their dedication and hard work to give you what you want is consistently top notch. They have always been fair with their price and have even come back many years later to sort the odd, very rare issue without ever asking for anything in return. I will never use anyone else, and I could not recommend them higher. They built us our dream home after all!!
